MHS-MASSANA HOSPITAL AND COLLEGE OF NURSING
INVITATION FOR TENDERS

1. This invitation for Bids follow General Procurement Notice which appeared in the Zoom Tanzania on 17 July 2017- 30 July 2017.
2. The MHS-Massana Hospital and College of Nursing has set aside funds towards the cost of SUPPLY OF OFFICE STATIONERIES AND SUPPLY OF PRINTING SERVICES and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this fund to cover eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation for Tender is issued.
3. You are hereby invited to submit your price quotation for SUPPLY OF OFFICE STATIONERIES-LOT 1 AND SUPPLY OF PRINTING SERVICES- LOT 2 as described in the Schedule of Requirements and Prices attached as Appendix A.
4. The exception period for all Tender will be 12 Month.
5. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2011(Goods, Works, Non-Consultancy Services and Disposal of Public Asset by Tender) with its Regulation 2013 and open to the National Tenders as defined in the Regulations.
6. Interested eligible Bidder may obtain further information(e.g. provision of sample for the case of printing materials) and inspect the tendering documents at the office of the

   Dar es Salaam

7. A complete set of both tendering documents(Stationery/Printing) may be purchased by interest Bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Tsh 50,000/= (fifty thousand only)for each tender and if a Bidder choose to apply for both tender(Stationery and Printing)he/she should double the amount, and deposited to CRDB Bank Account name MHS-MASSANA HOSPITAL ACCOUNT NO.01J1027893800
8. All Tenders in one (1) original plus three copies (3), properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes marked must be delivered to the address below properly at or before 10.30am on 30th July 2017 Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in Public and in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend in the opening at MHS-Massana Hospital and College Located at Goba Road situated in Kinondoni Municipal
9. Late tenders, portion of tenders, electronic tenders, and teders not received, tenders not opened at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
10. Depending on the type of Tender applied by bidders, the outer cover shall be clearly marked TENDER NO.MHS/02/2017-2018/G/01 – LOT 1 for SUPPLY OF OFFICE STATIONERIES and TENDER NO.MHS/03/2017-2018/NC/02 – LOT 2 For SUPPLY OF OFFICE PRINTING SERVICE and send to the below address, Bidders will be awarded based on fulfillment of conditions provided in the tender documents and competitive price offered.
